College of Cincinnati Early IT program’s high faculty system

Colby Nolasco suggests he heard about University of Cincinnati’s Early Information and facts Technologies method in the course of his sophomore 12 months of superior university, in math class. 

His desire piqued when the presenter claimed he could discover how to code his personal video clip online games.

“Yeah, confident, why not?” Nolasco claims he thought at the time.

He opted into the program and started getting IT lessons his junior 12 months, earning the credits equivalent to 1 12 months of college by the time he graduated from Lebanon Significant University in spring 2020. 10 of his classmates did the same.

Now he’s a calendar year into a co-op with the university’s Information Technologies Resolution Heart and says he will graduate the 5-calendar year master’s program a calendar year early, jumping into the field as quickly as he can.
